Wedding shawls galore

So if you thought that I was showing off, showing you the socks in my last post, you ain't seen nothing yet.

I thought that it was about time that I shared these pictures with you all. Seeing as you all, most patiently, put up with my gazillion pictures of Jacqui's Myrtille Wedding shawl in progress, it seems only fair that you get to see it finished and blocked.

And see how gorgeous Jacqui was in her wedding dress (with me and some of our really good friends).

Unfortunately we both completely forgot to take a picture of her with the shawl on the day. But luckily her lovely (new) husband was on hand shortly afterwards to take a few pictures.

Here's another picture of Jacqui with her shawl.

And another because I am very proud.

The good news? My sister got engaged a few weeks ago (Felicitations ma grande!) and so there's another wedding shawl on the horizon. YAY! So many patterns and yarns to chose from...

Hi Amelia -- Is this the Myrtle Leaf Shawl in "Victorian Lace Today"? I'm having a problem with the pattern and would love to ask you about it. Thanks. -- Kirsten
