Have a look at what has appeared on my fridge:
It's a knitting magnet! This was a birthday gift from Polly and the husband thinks that it is fab. Which I think may be a hint. You see, my stash seems to have grown a bit too fast recently and I am rapidly running out of places to hide it all. My flat in London is tiny and the allocated knitting place overfloweth.
I have had very kind offers from a number of people offering to house some of the stash but I feel that would mean that I was in denial and I refuse to be ashamed of my stashing. I guess it just means that I need to stop acquiring yarn so impulsively.
Which probably means that getting 2 packs of this was probably not the best idea:
This gorgeous and amazingly strokable Debbie Bliss alpaca silk is going to make Frieda from the alpaca silk book. I got to try it on when Debbie was at Knit Happens and I really liked it.
The issue, of course is that I still need to get some more alpaca silk for the Lara knitalong. Which means that I am really going to run out of space and will have to start taking the stuffing out of my cushions.
I have made progress on some of my WIPs so I shall take pictures and post them over the weekend. Have a lovely weekend!

Well, if you took the stuffing out of the cushions in your flat they'd at least be super-comfy (until you actually destashed the yarn to use... but it'd be a really convienient place for the stash, at least, lol)...
